Due to the nature of detailing services, refunds are not automatically issued once a service has been completed. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to address any concerns fairly.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us promptly:

  • Issues must be reported within a reasonable time after service
  • We may offer a re-clean or touch-up where applicable
  • Our goal is to resolve concerns before considering refunds

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in specific situations:

  • Service was not delivered as agreed
  • Major issues were not addressed after review
  • Appointment was canceled by us without rescheduling

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Expectations beyond the selected package scope
  • Pre-existing damage or conditions not related to cleaning

Cancellations

We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling:

  • Late cancellations may affect availability
  • Repeated cancellations may limit future bookings
